Founded in Danville in 1973 by Sanford and Barbara Eichhorn. The shop closed in late 2021 and reopened in 2022 under four Sidell siblings (the George and Landis families, who also run Mad Goat Coffee). A second shop opened in Champaign in November 2025 in the former Pandamonium Doughnuts space.
