Amanda and Chad Baril opened the first shop in Chichester in August 2019, inspired by make-your-own-sundae bars. They later moved production to Bedford and added downtown Concord; that Capital Plaza shop closed in January 2026 and was replaced by a larger Fort Eddy Road location in spring 2026.
