Opened in Bismarck in 2011 by Tina and Kevin Cavanagh as The Donut Hole and renamed Bearscat Bakehouse in 2012. Grew to a second Bismarck shop, Mandan and Minot (2018). Out-of-state shops in Salem, OR and Mesa, AZ have since closed.
