Tre and Sue Dabney left corporate jobs at Amazon to open the shop in Chapin in 2018. The name came from the 'Guess what? Chickenbutt' joke they told their kids Jack and Max, and Tre drew the logo. The couple, with about 30 combined years in food service, still arrive before 4 a.m. to make the dough.
