Katie Passo, an Upper Arlington native who left a career in public relations, announced Rose Dough Donuts in 2021 as a boutique donut concept. It sold at pop-ups, markets and 1400 Food Lab before opening its first storefront at 3375 N. High St. in Clintonville in August 2025.
