Outcast Doughnuts opened in downtown Mesa in 2023, founded by TJ Tillman, a former wealth advisor who also co-founded Level 1 Arcade Bar, and his wife Macee. In summer 2026 the Mesa shop closed and the business reopened on August 1, 2026 in a drive-thru location on Hayden Road in Scottsdale.

Co-owned by TJ and Macee Tillman. Two additional Valley locations (Gilbert, early 2027; east Mesa, mid-2027) are announced but not open.
