Known for: Fat-and-fluffy yeast donuts in Aggieville: the maple bacon bar, the square 'flat tire' with Oreo crumbles, plus the late-night Varsity Truck out back serving mac-and-cheese grilled cheese, bacon bombs and corn dogs to K-State students.

Opened September 2011 in the historic former Palace Drug Store building in Manhattan's Aggieville district by a group of local partners (co-owner Diane Merideth; part-owner Eric Caldwell, per the Manhattan Mercury). It quickly became a K-State hangout and the successor to Manhattan's late-night donut tradition.
