Caleb Orellana started Cal's Bakeshop in 2021 from his home kitchen after moving to Tucson from California, selling brioche doughnuts through local coffee shops. He and his brother Josue opened their first storefront in the former Rocco's Little Chicago building on Broadway on October 11, 2025.
