Lehi Bakery was founded in 1969 by Arden Tuckett and run by the Tuckett family for roughly five decades on Lehi's Main Street. David and Danielle Doty bought it in 2018 and kept the recipes and staff, then expanded with drive-thru locations in Saratoga Springs (2024) and later Highland and Spanish Fork.
