Sherman Ave. by executive chef Paul Shields, coffee roaster Daniel Brenneise and Eric Hoekendorf, billed as the first dedicated doughnut shop on Coeur d'Alene's Sherman Avenue and ending a downtown doughnut drought that began when Davis Donuts changed concepts in 2021.
