Opened in 2017 on Custom House Street in downtown Providence by Adam Lastrina, a Johnson & Wales graduate who had managed Seven Stars Bakery, with partners Todd Mackey and Bryan Gibb. It grew to five shops by 2024, launched the Providence Kitchen Collaborative incubator on Cromwell Street in 2019, and won Rhode Island Monthly readers' Best Doughnuts in 2025.
