Paul's Bakery was founded in Fredericksburg in 1973 by Paul and Sandra Glancy together with Paul's parents, Jack and Betty Glancy. It is now a third-generation family bakery; Paul Neil Glancy II and his wife Christie took over full ownership in 2014. The shop is best known for its old-fashioned, hand-made, yeast-raised donuts.
