Seb's Donuts was launched by Mateo Martinez, a Morgantown-area high school senior whose parents own Jazzy's Sweet Spot ice cream shop and Hydrobikes in Star City. Announced in November 2025, the Industrial Avenue shop opened in January 2026, selling handmade yeast doughnuts Wednesday through Sunday from 7 a.m. until sold out.
