Gaetano 'Tom' Bazzano opened the Hole in One Bakery in Eastham in 1989 and an Orleans restaurant in 1992; after his death in 2013 his daughters and son-in-law Ken Taber ran the family group, which later added West Yarmouth and Rockland bakeries.
