Beth Gherlein and David Tyson launched Tandem at Missoula's Clark Fork Farmers Market in 2012 after struggling to find vegan and gluten-free baked goods, added wholesale to local cafes in 2014, and opened their first retail bakery-cafe at 1221 Helen Ave. in early 2022.
