Lighthouse Donut, Coffee & Dessert Co. in Provo is run by members of Living Water Mennonite Church, who grew the cafe out of doughnut sales at Provo's Freedom Festival and farmers market. Rick Mast leads the shop, which doubles as a community gathering space.
