Next Dough Neighbor began as a popular doughnut pop-up in Camas run by founders Josh and Ashley Grossman. When the Grossmans sought community investors, Matt Schultz, who had moved to Camas in 2018, bought the business in 2022 with proceeds from closing his shoe-importing company and set it up as a permanent shop downtown in the former Goji Grill space.
