Opened in downtown Albuquerque in July 2021 by UNM alumni Obij Aget, a former Lobo basketball player originally from South Sudan, and Ashlynn Brown, a former UNM cheerleader, after a friend's mini-doughnut shop in McAllen, Texas inspired the concept.
