Opened in November 2013 in a former bank building in Wallingford Square by Bob's Clam Hut owner Michael Landgarten, who developed the cruller with pastry chef Jennifer Woods; named for longtime Bob's cashier Lilian Mangos. Now owned by Deb McCluskey and her son Michael McCluskey.
