Saro Vay opened Red Donut Shop in Lexington in October 2015 and moved it to 117 N. Main St. in 2018. With his brothers and a business partner who joined in 2023, he opened shops in Welcome (August 2023) and Wallburg (December 2023); pastries are made in Lexington and delivered daily to the other shops.
