Nomad Donuts opened in November 2014 on 30th Street in Normal Heights, co-owned by Brad Keiller and executive pastry chef Kristianna Zabala, whose rotating menu of handcrafted doughnuts in unusual flavor combinations and vegan options built a following; in August 2017 the shop opened a larger space at 3102 University Ave in North Park.
