Husband-and-wife Dean and Katie Giesbrecht bought the existing Pocatello shop in August 2018 and built it around real-potato dough, using roughly 600 pounds of potatoes a week. A kiosk opened in the Idaho State University Student Union in late 2019, and a third shop opened in Idaho Falls on East 17th Street in October 2024.
Owned and operated by Dean and Katie Giesbrecht. Owners have voiced statewide expansion hopes; no franchising found.
