Founded in Nashua in 1947 by Jacob Eugene Crosby Sr. and his son Jacob Jr., the bakery moved from Temple Street to East Hollis Street and then East Pearl Street. Third-generation owners Gale Crosby Cummings and Mike Cummings handed it in 2019 to fourth-generation co-owners Ryan Morse and Jennifer Stone-Grimaldi.
