Kimo and Mim Siharath bought the Phoenix shop in 1998 and rebuilt it after the 2020 Almeda Fire destroyed it. In December 2025 they announced their retirement, handing the business to daughter Vilay Siharath and her partner Nicholas as of January 1, 2026.
