Jitters began as a north-side Sioux City coffee shop about 25 years ago and became a donut destination after acquiring the Sunshine donut machine, a local institution dating back decades. In May 2024 the shop moved from Virginia Street to a new downtown space in the Floyd River Flats building on Nebraska Street.
