Gosselin's was started in 1945 by Yvette Stewart's grandparents and stayed in the Stewart family for decades, making its doughnuts in the middle of the night. In September 2023 Brewer native Christopher Worden bought the Harlow Street bakery and added bagels, pastries and coffee while keeping the doughnuts.
