Founded in 1937 by a couple named Clark on Elm Street in Oil City; Donald Neidich, who started there in 1957, bought it in 1984 and his family ran it 38 years until Evan and Shannon Martin bought it in 2022. It moved to Route 257 in Seneca in 2021 and added stores in Grove City (2024), Franklin (2025) and Butler (2025).
