A family-run Idaho Falls bakery built by baker Randy Jensen, who had 40 years in the trade and gave first-time customers a free doughnut. Jensen died unexpectedly in April 2021 and the shop closed. Longtime customer Jake Johnson bought the business with its recipes and reopened it in June 2022 with Jensen's former assistant baker as head baker; a Rexburg location followed in July 2024.
Owned by Jake Johnson and Alex Newman since 2022; original owner Randy Jensen died in 2021.
