Owner Ben Greiwe started making doughnuts in January 2019 for a New Year's Eve party at Nine Giant Brewpub in Pleasant Ridge, then sold them there weekly. The shop opened its Norwood storefront at 4603 Carter Ave. on January 15, 2022.
