Chefs Alex Talbot and Aki Kamozawa of the Ideas in Food blog started Curiosity Doughnuts at the Stockton Market in New Jersey in 2015, later sold from a Whole Foods in Spring House and Bucks County pop-ups, and opened their own bakery at 800 Edison-Furlong Road in Furlong (Doylestown Township) in 2023.
