Operating on Manhattan Avenue in Greenpoint since the 1950s and run by Christos and Donna Siafakas since 1993, with their sons working the counter and ovens. Donna died in June 2026 and the sons continue to run the shop, where the counter staff still wear its signature green uniforms.
