Opened in the mid-1980s by Jim Bob Taylor as Jim Bob's and Sons Bakery on Second Avenue East in Twin Falls. Sabra Clapier bought it from the Taylor family in 2021-2022 and kept the logo, recipes and overnight baking schedule while adding candy-topped varieties and cronuts.
Owned by Sabra Clapier since roughly 2021-2022; founded by the Taylor family.
