A State Street fixture in Boise since at least the mid-1990s in a former Winchell's space. Owner Angkearot Long, a Cambodian immigrant who learned doughnut-making in California, took over the shop in 2004 and bought it in 2009. After a near-closure in late 2024 the shop signed a new long-term lease, and a second location opened in downtown Nampa in April 2025.
Owned by Angkearot Long; daughter Vimean Rath manages the Nampa shop. No franchising found in any coverage.
