Siblings Bobby and Kat Palushaj have run The Hollywood Donut Factory for about six years (as of December 2024), growing from the original Hollywood shop to Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale and, in 2024, taking over the three former Mojo Donuts locations in Miami-Dade in collaboration with Mojo founder Jimmy Piedrahita.
