Happy Dough Lucky started as a seasonal pop-up at Milwaukee's South Shore Farmers Market run by Bay View native Andrew Swofford, beginning with four basic mini doughnuts before growing to dozens of flavors. It operated a counter at Mequon Public Market for about four years before closing it to open a permanent shop at 2691 S. Kinnickinnic Ave. in Bay View on December 21, 2023.
