A Lindstrom bakery with more than a century of history, known as the Home of the Scandinavian Donut. Bernie Coulombe ran it for 48 years, and Food & Wine named its doughnuts Minnesota's best in 2021. After Coulombe retired in December 2021, new owners Angie and Eric of Forest Lake reopened it in January 2022 with the same recipes.
