Known for: Maine potato cake doughnuts (plain, chocolate, molasses, citrus, gluten-free) with glazes like 'Sea Smoke' maple with hickory-smoked sea salt, plus weekend brioche doughnuts.
Started by Sally Jaskold and Matt Wheeler as a farmers-market bakery, then a Belfast storefront opened May 2019; sold in October 2020 to Sherian Swindell and Nina Richard, who kept it running through the pandemic.
