Johnny Chen and wife Boggie Otgonbayar took over around 2019 from Chen's godparents, added a Mr. D's Coffee stall at Lenexa Public Market in April 2021, and announced a third, drive-thru location at 143rd and Metcalf in Overland Park for 2026.
