Opened in the bright-blue former Blue Dot Donuts building on Canal Street after Blue Dot closed in August 2024. Owner Thomas Matthews, a Blue Dot regular, had already been planning his own donut shop when he learned of the closure.
Family-owned by Thomas Matthews per What Now New Orleans; site describes 20-plus years of donut-cutting experience.
