Craig and Michelle McGregor launched Craft Donuts in January 2020 as a food truck near the state capitol in downtown Santa Fe. After three years on the truck they opened a brick-and-mortar shop at San Isidro Plaza on Zafarano Drive in December 2023, keeping the downtown truck as an express outlet.
