Chef-owner Milton Perry started selling his brioche doughnuts from the Kitchen 66 incubator space at Mother Road Market, then moved into a dedicated counter inside Foolish Things Coffee Co. on South Main as demand grew. Tulsa World gave it a 3.5-star review in early 2025 and News On 6 featured it the same month.
