Founded by the Hollinger family with several Kansas City-area locations at its peak; Jim Hollinger ran the Johnson Drive shop for decades until retiring in 2025. After a brief Holy Moly tenancy, bakers Christina and Eric Benson reopened it in March 2026 using Hollinger's original recipe, which he taught them.
Owned since 2026 by Christina and Eric Benson. A separately owned Fluffy Fresh on State Line Road in Kansas City, MO is no longer affiliated and uses a different recipe.
